If you asked ten entrepreneurs what they need to grow their business, you'd probably get ten different answers.
More customers.
Better systems.
Capital.
Talent.
Time.
All of those things matter.
But after spending years building businesses—and bringing entrepreneurs together—I've become convinced that one thing influences all the others:
The people you surround yourself with.
That's why I created Bedrock.
The Bedrock Club is a private supper club for the people building Northeast Ohio.
Each month, we gather founders, operators, investors, executives, and business leaders for thoughtfully curated dinners designed to foster meaningful conversations and lasting relationships.
Because some of the best business advice you'll ever receive doesn't come from a keynote.
It comes from the person sitting across the table.
Why We Exist
Building a business is exciting.
It's also incredibly lonely.
As your company grows, the decisions become more complex.
The stakes become higher.
And the number of people who truly understand what you're carrying becomes smaller.
That's why Bedrock exists.
Not to add another event to your calendar.
But to create an environment where builders can slow down, share a great meal, exchange ideas, and have the kinds of conversations that rarely happen anywhere else.
What Makes Bedrock Different?
Every supper is intentionally curated.
Rather than filling a room with as many people as possible, we focus on bringing together thoughtful people who are building meaningful things and genuinely want to see others succeed.
Many evenings feature a Guest of Honor who shares a brief story, lesson, or perspective to spark conversation. Occasionally, you'll also hear from a trusted partner whose expertise brings value to the room.
From there, the evening unfolds naturally.
Ideas are exchanged.
Introductions are made.
Stories are shared.
Relationships begin.
The presentations are short and painless.
The conversations are long and fruitful.
More Than a Dinner
While our monthly suppers are at the heart of Bedrock, they're only part of the story.
Throughout the year, we celebrate the people building Northeast Ohio through Ohio Works, host occasional gatherings that strengthen relationships, and create opportunities for members to connect beyond the dinner table.
Our goal isn't to build the largest business community in Ohio.
It's to cultivate one of the most meaningful.
More Than Business
The best entrepreneurs know success isn't measured only by revenue.
It's measured by the life you're building along the way.
That's why conversations naturally extend beyond business strategy into leadership, family, health, wealth, purpose, and legacy.
Because great businesses are built by whole people.
And the strongest communities are built on genuine relationships.
If that sounds like the kind of room you'd like to be part of, we'd love to meet you.
