What is Bedrock?

If someone asked ten entrepreneurs what they need to grow their business, you'd probably get ten different answers.

More customers.

Better systems.

Capital.

Talent.

Time.

All of those things matter.

But after spending years building businesses and entrepreneurial communities, I've become convinced that one thing has an outsized impact on all the others:

The people you surround yourself with.

That's why I created Bedrock.

Bedrock is a private community for ambitious Northeast Ohio founders who want to build better companies, lasting wealth, and fulfilling lives.

We're not a networking group. We don't believe the best relationships begin with a stack of business cards or a 60-second elevator pitch.

Instead, we create opportunities for Northeast Ohio founders to build genuine trust through shared experiences, thoughtful conversations, and a willingness to help one another succeed.

That might happen over dinner with a dozen founders who understand exactly what you're facing.

It might happen during a behind-the-scenes tour of a member's business. I

t might happen in a candid conversation about hiring, acquisitions, AI, leadership, pricing, or the challenges that come with carrying the weight of a growing company.

Those conversations are where real growth happens.

Building a business can be incredibly rewarding.

It can also be surprisingly isolating.

Bedrock exists to change that.

We believe founders deserve a place where they can ask difficult questions, share hard-earned lessons, celebrate wins, navigate setbacks, and learn from people who have walked similar paths.

We intentionally keep our community curated.

Our goal isn't to become the biggest entrepreneurial organization in Northeast Ohio. It's to build one of the most valuable.
